The other, at 1054-1056 Essex St., sold Sept. 8 from Alvin J. and Alexandra E. Serrano to A&A Serrano Realty LLC; its price is not yet available in registry data. With just two recorded transfers, the dataset is too limited to characterize overall market conditions this period.
