Essex County Registry of Deeds records show two property transfers in Lawrence recorded between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3. Only one carries a confirmed sale price, $600,000, for a property sold Sept. 25 by Merrimack Valley Support Systems Inc. to Abad & Vasquez Properties LLC. The second transaction, 1054-1056 Essex St., sold Sept. 8 from Alvin J. and Alexandra E. Serrano to A&A Serrano Realty LLC; its price has not yet reached the registry.
